SHIPPING POLICY

  • Our Free Shipping Everyday on all orders over $39.00 applies for ground service only. We ship only within the United States. No International Shipping.
  • Shipping methods we offer are: USPS, FedEx, and UPS.
  • All Items will be shipped in discreet shipping boxes or bags with USPS, FedEx, or UPS logos.
  • Most in-stock orders ship within 48-hours from Monday to Friday.
  • All overnight orders placed before 2pm will be shipped same day, if it is placed after 2pm it will ship the next business day.
  • Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday morning.
  • ALL ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.
  • Please allow 1 - 2 business days for order processing, before your package is shipped.
  • iaDIVA.com is not responsible for delays in shipping due to weather, natural disasters or shipping partners unforeseen service disruption.
  • If customer moves/changes locations prior to their FedEx, UPS, or USPS delivery, customer is responsible for contacting FedEx, UPS, or USPS within 5 business days for an address change. If customer does not contact FedEx, UPS, or USPS, the shipment will be returned to iaDIVA.com and customer will have to pay for re-shipment of goods.
  • Shipping fees are based on your order's weight, destination and shipping method you choose, it also includes all handling fees. 
  • Standard shipping and free shipping orders are shipped without signature confirmation. This means packages may be left unattended. Please note if your tracking number says that your package was delivered and you claim you did not receive it we will not be responsible for any lost or damaged goods. 
  • US orders ship from our warehouse in Alhambra, CA. Ground shipments usually arrive within 6 business days from date of ship.
  • All order status communication is done via email, so it is important that your email address is accurate and current.
  • You will receive an automated email with a tracking number for your FedEx, UPS, or USPS shipment once your order is ready to ship.
  • In addition, we will also notify you by e-mail or by phone if there was an issue with filling your order.
  • If items in your order are out of stock we'll notify you.
  • We will not ship any back ordered items; you will have to place a new order.
  • If your billing information doesn't match your credit or debit card bank records or your shipping address is different than billing address your order may be delayed or canceled. To have your order shipped in a timely manner, please make sure all your billing and shipping information is correct prior to submitting your order.
